Our Conference will take place in this prestigious riverside hotel located in the Puerto Madero district, a revamped docks area, in the heart of Buenos Aires. Facilities at the hotel include a spa, gym and a rooftop pool. Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere which contrasts with the hustle and bustle of other areas of Buenos Aires, just a few blocks away. Across the river, there are beautiful parks and quiet streets making this neighbourhood a unique destination in the city of Buenos Aires. There are multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance of the Hilton Hotel with spectacular views of the Putente de la Mujer (Woman’s Bridge) which is an impressive long rotating suspension bridge designed to represent a couple dancing tango, particularly attractive against the night sky.
Puerto Madero is recognised as the most secure area in the city with police presence and security cameras in use. It is safe to move around the city of Buenos Aires in the tourist and upscale areas, however, as in any city around the world, it is worth taking care to keep you and your belongings safe.
The Conference will take place on Level -2 in the Pacifico Salon and all pre-Conference meetings will take place in the business centre located on Level 5 of the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel.
ICMIF has negotiated a competitive bedroom rate at the Hilton Hotel but bedrooms are limited, so please ensure that you make your reservation early at this hotel or at one of our alternative recommended hotels.

Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, close to the Galerias Pacifico shopping area, these modern sister hotels, located opposite each other, offer well equipped bedrooms with wifi and breakfast included. Distance to Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel is 25 min (1.7km) on foot or 12 minutes by taxi.
ICMIF has negotiated competitive bedroom rates with the alternative Hotels: Principado Hotel and EFE Hotel & Cowork. Bedrooms at these two hotels are limited, so please ensure that you make your reservation early if you wish to stay at either one.
Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, these modern sister hotels are situated opposite each other, with a distance to Conference Hotel (Hilton) of 1.7km which equates to approximately 25 min on foot or 12 minutes by taxi.
